The Easy Charging Quality (ECQ) app will give you access to over 420.000 charge stations in 22 countries. With just three quick steps, you can start charging:

1. Enter your charge card number, scan the QR code or select a link that was sent to you by your e-mobility service provider.
2. Login with an existing account, register as a new user or skip for guest user access.
3. Set up your desired filters and start charging!

Add your vehicle
By adding your vehicle to the account, the app will automatically only show charge stations that are relevant for the car you want to charge.

Favorites lists
With just a tap on the screen, you can now save favourite charge stations so that you can easily navigate to these locations.

Set your filters
The app will only show you charge stations that you are looking for, whether those are available chargers, fast chargers or chargers that provide app based payments.

Payment options
Multiple payment options are available to the EV driver. Besides using your charge card, the app also supports several direct payment methods (subject to change per country).

Account management
View your previous transactions, manage your charge cards and change the app settings in the account menu page.

Very poor app and Customer friendliness

1. credit card gets blocked for around 47€ for each charging session for a month!!! Earlier the net amount after deducting the charging costs would be released immediately at the end of charging. If you charge 10 times a month - that’s 470€ blocked. Is this even legal in Germany I wonder

2. Invoice is displayed after charging but cannot be downloaded. The pdf comes once a month!! Crazy!!! Such a simple thing like an invoice can’t be obtained immediately

3. hard to find the right charge point when multiple charge points in one location.

If I had a choice to dump this app and this company - I would in a heartbeat. The only advantage for me is the charging point.
