Easy Inventory is an app specifically designed for serious business owners who need powerful tools to organize and manage their inventories. This program saves you time and money by making you more productive in areas such as transaction management and inventory tracking. These are made possible thru carefully designed features with your business in mind.
There are five different formats under the report module:
The first one is the Critical quantity, this report module lets you view products that have reached your predefined number of quantity, enabling you to know what products need your immediate attention and makes it easier for you to decide your course of action in a timely manner.
The second selection is Daily transactions, In which you can choose any day from a calendar and it makes all transactions recorded on that day visible, in turn allows easy access to viewing of transactions per day.
The third one is Historical sales, inside this module you can view the total quantity you sold so far for each product. You can choose from three options (buy, sell, or both) in viewing the transactions recorded per product.
The fourth one is View products by category, where you view all products that are under the same type of category name.
The last report is Top sales, where it sorts products from Historical sales by quantities sold in descending order, giving you a snapshot of products that sells well historically.
This app has three separate data entry parts which all have add, edit, delete and search as its basic function.
The first part is Category, where you specify a name for product grouping and classification.
The second data entry part is Product. It comes in two parts, the required entries such as: name of your product, critical quantity for monitoring your stocks, initial quantity as your first time record and category where you choose from the list you created. And the other part which are optional, like photo where you can shoot from a camera or choose existing pictures from your album or leave it blank, next is up to five customizable entries where you can type your own labels with fields that suit your unique and specific products. And you can put Notes for additional remarks.
The third and final part of data entry is Transaction. This part is where you record transactions of your product as either buy or sell, the date of transaction and the quantity tendered. It also has Notes for additional comment.
1. Copy Item: this button makes product entries fast and easy, just copy an existing product with the same label and then change at least one field value and there you have it, another unique product entry.
2. Keyword search: the name and custom fields in product table forms a string of words separated by slash and space (.../ ... ) makes product searching quick and precise.
3. Archived product: a separate view for products that are not currently in use but you wouldn't want to delete. Easily restore archived products to current or active products when you need to use it again.
