App would not verify payment method snd continually failed

I set up an account on this app and went through the booking process with my new account. After a lengthy set up process for three rail passengers, including several input fields: passport numbers and other identifiers, I got to the payment stage and the process failed with a cryptic error. It could not verify my name against my payment method, which were both identical. Of course it did not save any of the passenger information that I keyed in so I had to go through the entire process again and try a different payment method and once again same problem. terrible app.

I booked my ticket on this platform, but on the day of departure, they suddenly changed the station without notifying me. I tried every way to contact them, but all I got were bot replies. In the end, they pushed all the responsibility to the coach company and told me to deal with it myself. Later, the bus company apologized to me and told this lousy platform to give me a refund. I waited 14 days, and when I followed up nearly two weeks later, they told me to wait another 7–14 days. I really don’t recommend using this trash platform to book anything — it’s just awful.

Lots of glitches

Can’t seem to enter the “to” destination location, the system doesn’t recognize that you entered a valid location, when you use the reverse search ( up/down arrow) option, it fills in the location but you have to search the “from” location and once you find a location the “to” location gets wiped out; so then you have to type but it doesn’t recognize what you entered, and you can’t use the “to” search option either. Absolutely frustrating.
