EasyCast - Screen Mirrorin‪g‬ 4+

Works... but only sometimes.

My idea was to use this to stream my iPad screen, which I use for art, onto discord calls with friends. However, it’s extremely finicky and takes multiple tries to get the program to broadcast properly, and will even drop midway through a stream (my friends dubbed it ‘the white screen of death’). I’m only leaving this review after multiple weeks of checking internet / settings / connection... sometimes it just doesn’t work.

Works great

This works great, I’m screen mirroring my iPhone 11 to my iPad Air 3 gen. I used my cellular hotspot to tether them. It’s very easy to use just follow the instructions, also turn on location services in privacy settings. I had to adjust the flow of water to a machine and be pretty accurate, but I couldn’t be in two places at once. So I found this app and set up my phone at one end and I could see how much to adjust on my end. It was a success!Pretty cool well done guys!

Pretty straightforward app!

Tried other ‘screen mirroring’ apps with significantly ‘better and more’ reviews than this but found them to be absolutely complicated to use! Found this while looking for other alternatives and thought why not. Glad to have this installed! Very simple and straightforward. I use it to mirror my iphone 8+ screen to my ipad mini 2. It works like a charm although screen resolution definitely needs more work.
