Eat 2 Win is free to download and use. Should you choose to upgrade to Eat 2 Win Premium, we offer two options:
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Monthly subscription automatically renews each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hour prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Great Nutrition Support App For All Athletes
The Eat 2 Win app provides a great platform for athletes to plan and track their nutrition in a holistic way without having to be overwhelmed by unnecessary details. As a nutrition professional (Sport Dietitian) it really helps me monitor and provide support and feedback to my athletes in real time. The food log in pics is also vital in reviewing actual feeding practices as I review with athletes.
I feel that this app offers a lot to most any athlete (and their support team) looking to use nutrition as a foundational performance variable!
Great Sports Nutrition App!
Eat 2 Win is the perfect app for athlete nutrition! It is a fun and interactive tool of convenience for athletes, coaches, nutrition professionals, parents and all involved in an athletes’ career to share and accurately monitor nutrition to achieve or maintain weight goals. Features include a food tracking log through use of the camera to take pictures in real time of meals and/or snacks, weight logs, recipes, an extensive meal plan and restaurant guide as well as the option to interact with a nutrition professional for assistance. Highly recommend it!
Great for beginners!
This app is great for beginners and those wanting to build a foundation in nutritional education! The app offers a very easy to follow plan for achieving nutritional goals and takes out the guesswork. The only thing keeping the app from a higher rating is the limited option for tracking outside foods. If one wanted to eat anything not included in the meal plan, there would be no way to track it. Also, there are no values for macros and the learning courses are extremely expensive and run about $20 per course.
