Late delivery
Second time in three days food is late, lunch became early dinner, it’s been 1h30m since order was made, still not delivered although “ order on the way “ msg received abou 40 minutes ago, delay is in order preparation and delivery. I don’t mind paying for delivery if free delivery is terribly late.

charges credit card before order is accepted then doesn't refund
the app pre charges the credit card before the vendor (restaurant) accepts the order, when the restaurant doesn't accept the app doesn't auto refund, and you have to call them. wheni did they claimed it will be refund in 48 hours, when it wasn't they didn't answe the phone or email anymore for 4 days. i had to ask the bank to do a chargeback. when they finally answered the phone 4 days after the order they couldn't even bring up the order on their system when i gave them the number. just awful company and service in every way. Avoid at all cost
Basic service. Terrible implementation
Delivery is a basic service that this app is incapable to perform. You share your location on app but the delivery guy does not have it to complete his task nor he is equipped to plug it in to any map app to help him reach you. Usually it takes 4 to 5 calls to get your order if lucky.
A security concern is that this app asks for your live location. I believe live location is non of eat delivery’s business. They need a drop off location only.
Another thing, if you saved your credit card info, you can’t edit it or delete it. Also, you only can have one. The app developer does not realize that credit cards has validity date and that requires editing the record.
I tried to contact the app developer many times with no luck.
Bottom line, this app is incapable to provide basic functionality right.
