Program is causing frustration. Took a few days to receive program and recipes. I see messages come in from coach, however in App. still unable to find them. Menu and recipes come in an Email and not in App. Is difficult and frustrating to navigate. For someone trying to lose weight get healthy thinking this would be a supportive easy way to proceed I can see where it would be easy to give up. Have had to leave App and come back to it later as to not lose my temper. If I lost as much weight as my temper I would be down a 10lbs by now.

Highly Not Recommended

If you are looking for someone to help guide you through and coach this is not the program. Avoid the “food plan” it’s a single document that shows you a week of food. If you don’t like that food you cannot change it. The coaches will tell you to just plug in food that your are eating and see if your rings turn green. Even the people that like the program struggle with this and that is 90% of the posts on the FB page. I’m not sure exactly what you are paying all of this money for - access to a FB page? The “coaches” I had gave no guidance. No food recommendations, no exercise guidance - I have absolutely no idea how to use this program. Also they use My Fitness Pal as the main function for the app. So I’m also not sure the point of their app, other than communication. Customer service was a bit condescending when I asked to cancel. I haven’t received any information/contact from a coach in months but I’m still obligated to pay - no refund available.

ETP is great, but app is glitchy

I’m enjoying being a part of ETP. My coach checks in every few days, which is perfect for me. I am loving the science behind ETP. Not sure exactly why people think it’s click-bait. Every company does marketing in hopes you click on their ad. My only complaint is that the app leaves little to be desired. Refresh takes forever, and there is no button to close out the manual entry page if you accidentally pull it up. I have had to close out of it numerous times just to get a fresh start. Hopefully the kinks will be worked out on IOS platforms.
