Making restaurant menus beautiful, intelligent, informative and entertaining.

Traditional menus offer a very poor sensory and informational experience. Viewing traditional menus is hard on the eyes, hard on the brain, boring, uninspiring, confusing. Surely you didn’t come to the restaurant to read and decode hundreds of words in a tiny font, often in semi-darkness.
Menus wear out quickly, damaged and destroyed daily, need to be replaced seasonally and are therefore environmentally unfriendly. Menus are often on the floor, stepped on, handled by hundreds of people and are therefore covered with germs.
If you are in a foreign country, order taking is particularly challenging and prone to errors due to language barriers and misunderstanding of the menu. In the end, you are often left waiting and dissatisfied.

1. EatApp presents restaurant dishes and beverages in a visually rich format on your own mobile device.
2. Chefs and restaurant owners upload their previously boring and hard-to-read text-based menus in a rich media format. This image-rich app allows restaurants to showcase their food and tell their story with passion, using rich visual menus.
3. EatApp helps eliminate confusion and makes choosing your food simple by using beautiful and accurate pictures and descriptions to showcase exactly how the restaurant’s individual dishes are presented, their portion size, ingredients, and allergens.
4. Enjoy a personalized menu experience. Over time EatApp learns about the restaurant food you like, providing accurate recommendations inspired by your food preferences and prior choices.
5. A glass of wine? Unfortunately, most waiting staff usually know little to none about wines. EatApp is your personal wine expert - get recommendations for the perfect wine to pair with your chosen dish.
6. If you enjoy ordering what you see being delivered to neighboring tables because you can see the actual food - EatApp accurately replicates this experience. The scrollable grid-view of all menu offerings is like having all the restaurant’s dishes paraded in front of you. Tapping on any dish-image brings up the underlying information about that dish.
7. Food is all about passion. A dish is a result of a vision, a story, a journey. EatApp allows the chefs and restaurant owners to share the full story with you in a way that traditional menus can’t and that was never before possible.
8. At the heart of the EatApp platform is a passion for building relationships around food and connecting you to chefs, restaurants and other diners.
9. Use filters to quickly choose:
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner.
• Specials, starters, desserts, seasonal, locally sourced.
• Other food and menu categories.
10. Search the restaurant menu by selecting your diet preferences, nutritional criteria, ingredients, allergies, and other useful and personalized search criteria.
11. Eat Safe! Choose your allergies and personalize your menu. Once you select your allergies, all contraindicated dishes will be removed from your view of the restaurant menu.
12. When you are logged in, dishes corresponding to your preselected food preferences will be automatically highlighted when you are viewing the menu of any restaurant.
