Ratings and Reviews
Great app for tracking what’s in the fridge but needs sort option.
This is definitely a nicely developed app and it has a lot of potential but it really needs a way to sort the items by days till they expire. That way you can see what items are expiring the soonest at a glance and use those further reducing waste. Since this is one of the main purposes of the app this would be a game changer. Also including widget that shows the same thing so without even opening the app you can see “Oh, my eggs are expiring in 2 days. I should cook those”. That’s probably one of the most relevant changes you could make to this app and it’s so common sense I was surprised it was not already there. As far as receipt scanning it does pretty good and you can edit the data afterwards so no gripes there. A barcode scanner that recognized products by upc would be nice. It does seem a little crummy that people who got the app before the most current update lose functionality that was there before unless they pay for a subscription now. I get it. You have to make money. But it feels like the early people should be grandfathered in. That’s how most apps do it. Even 1Password app lets me use it without subscription because I bought the app before there was a subscription. Just saying. But I do really love your app and support the developers efforts. You are headed in the right direction. Thanks.
Excited about finally organizing my fridge!
I didn’t know how much I needed this app until I started using it. 🥹EatMeFirst is a total game-changer for managing what’s in my fridge. No more forgotten veggies hiding in the back or guessing what to cook—this app helps me track everything and even suggests recipes based on what I already have.
The reminders for expiring food have seriously reduced my waste, and the interface is adorable and super easy to use. I’m genuinely excited every time I open it. Looking forward to seeing more features in the future—maybe voice input or even meal planning? Love it so far!😍😍🥰👍👍
