Calling on the phone to order something and look at the menu

You need your app refurbished every time I go on it it’s something I want to call and order but I can’t. It’s online online online. Don’t show the menus don’t show the prices so you higher-ups get your heads together. Thank you.

No coupons found for my location

I decided to try out the app today because I got a coupon in the mail for two dollars off if I place an order of $15. The app was working fine by my house but when I pulled up to the window it was saying there was NO new coupons for my location. I asked if the girl at the window would make an exception or if I could speak to a manager and she said there was nothing they can do without the coupon to be scanned. I am extremely disappointed with my visit today and the app.

Frustrating trying to reset password over 2 months

I have been trying to reset my password on the Eat N Park app and it will not work...keeps saying “password can not be reset at this time” for over 2 months, I was contacted over a month and a half ago by someone saying they will look into it and get it fixed! Nothing...still no way to reset password...Eat N Park has lost many orders from us because of the app not working...especially during this pandemic having to order and pick up!
