Love it

My family and I have been going to eat n park at least 2 times a week. And sometimes if we r not busy we go to the Sunday breakfast buffet. The app was so nice with the birthday coupons for free dessert and all the promos! We love the app and look forward to coming to eat n park!

App

This was the first time I ordered in the app, it would not allow me to change the pick up time nor change the tip amount. When I clicked change time arrows popped up but would not spin to change. When I hit other for the tip amount, it would not allow me to add a new tip amount. This app needs to be looked at and made simpler, I have a little computer knowledge, someone with no knowledge would fail n this app.

Needs work

Makes you sign in all the time. Doesn’t store all the payment information (still have to put in CVV). Payment windows are 15 minutes apart for pickup. I didn’t complete the order in time to get the first window. Instead of adjusting your time by however long you took to order, moves you 15 minutes later. Food won’t be ready when I get there anyhow.
