iOS 13 is OUT! Please update the app we are stuck
Cant use the app on iOS 13 with a fresh install. Please update the app regularly so that we can continue to use it. This is something that differentiates you from other banks so please do ignore this, if a competitor offers a better experience, you may end up loosing a lot of clients.
I have had a reset problem for the last 4weeks , i have talked to multiple customer service personnels at the bank, very polite people and willing to help but no one seems to know what to do.I have used the app without problems for a while. One day i wasn’t able to login and the system promoted me to reinstall the app and i did exactly but since then i haven’t been able to reset it .Today i talked to one lady who was honest and said they are unable to fix the problem, so i told her i will go find a better service in other banks like CBA and she honestly told me to go and find something that works for me., what a business model... too big to fail.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. I’m switching banks because of that. I can not login into my account and with today’s generation you want something convenient. I don’t want to have to go to the bank every time I need to do a transaction. I’d rather do it over my phone and send myself or someone else but Jesus just login into the account is impossible!!! You guys need to do better coz this is not acceptable.
