Benefit Auctions raise millions for charitable organizations annually. Silent auction bidding, a popular fundraising format for live gala events, is used to generate a large portion of the overall revenue raised at the event. eBid-O-Gram eliminates the paper bid sheet, streamlines bidding process while staying true to the science of silent auction bidding.
If the representatives of the event you are about to attend have sent you here, please download and install this App. per their request. Upon arrival to the event you will be provided with the credentials needed to connect your bidder account.
This App is designed for use with Auction-Tracker v7.00 and the eBid-O-Gram Add-in module only. Auction-Tracker and eBid-O-Gram are published works of the pioneers in event fundraising management software, Northwest Software Technologies, now a division of MaxGiving, LLC.
To complete the v1 release, following the professional benefit auctioneer's science to successful silent auction bidding, eBid-O-Gram now includes the ability to define and manage multiple silent auction closings.

Three criticisms from an iPhone user:
1. You cannot use the internet while using this app since the software has to use its own wi-fi. I can anticipate this discouraging use at this event
2. In iPhones, even when notification settings are turned on, they do not work.
3. When you first click the "bid" or "buy" menu options, you must select the "back" button to see items which is confusing and counterintuitive
Developer Response ,
We sincerely appreciate the comments. In response.
#1) Access to the Internet can optionally be provided and is "at the discretion of the nonprofit". The majority of nonprofit organizations have requested that no access to the Internet be provided so that guests pay attention to the benefit auction as well as socialize with other patrons. (Which is why you paid good money to attend the event.) When a guest is surfing the Internet, they are not bidding which means fewer dollars raised. Nonprofits quickly recognized this fact long ago.
#2) Notification response is at the option of the user. Notifications of out bid do work when notification setting is turned on. (This has been verified.)
#3) The Bid & Buy options conform to Apple UI specifications. Apple does not allow for a list to be automatically visible to the user. Apple expects the user to pull the tray out. This is actually opposite of the Android User Interface which is how it was originally designed but rejected by Apple. Apple was notified of our feelings on this subject long ago.
