Good app but 1 issue
This is the best wallet app
I loved it but recently it’s not allowing me to log in its just showing “this channel is not allowing” !!

Few suggestions
The app is great, the service almost to the top comparing other Somali State Mobile Banking Services. My only suggestion relates to the use of small fonts in the app. Especialy in the Mini Statement Table, the fonts are too small, while there is wide boundary gap between columns. Also the blue background on the rows and the black color font make the writings unreadable. So thats my feedback.

Useless no customer support
I used this app for 2 years I teed was great . After recent update, it stops working, I could not get otp on email or sms.
I went to my local branch many times where I open account, they were not able to resolve the issue. I contacted ebir customer service, they were unable to solve the issue.
