ECG Mobile APP for conveniently paying prepaid and postpaid bills, viewing power usage and getting notified on any ECG activity. We have a simple user interface for better user experience. The App supports MTN mobile money, Vodafone Cash and AirtelTigo Money.
Currently, the app supports prepaid meters namely Nuri (Kamstrup) , Holley (ENERSMART) , Alpha , MBH and CLOU meters and all postpaid meters. There are plans to roll out other prepaid meters in subsequent updates.

I can’t lie I like the fact that I can stay at home and pay my prepaid bills without having to go all the way to town and get it paid not to talk about Sundays when no PDS Vendor Stores are opened. One thing that its left for you to fix is the crushes, I see its gone down a bit but some few bugs are still hidden in there, ie; when you open the app and try to open ‘meters’ you immediately get kicked out and you have to re-login again, secondly under the ‘View detailed usage data’ section you can't access the monthly and yearly panels, once again the app shutdown immediately if you should select either ‘monthly’ or ‘yearly’. If we can't access those panels why are they up there? You guys need to fix that.
Im giving you 3stars if you fix those two errors I’ll change my rating to a better one.
I think anyone who can sit at the comfort of his home and pay for power will be very gladly,skipping long queues and all the other things you can face when using a prepaid account. I think it’s quite sometime since this app came by. So it’s a very very good app but as at now I think it should be able to support all meters. We need an update that all meters can be supported so that the majority of us who uses the the other meters can also enjoy this great service. Pls try and support all other meters. I think it’s a good app but you need to expand your shares so every customer can benefit. Am giving you one star for now. The meter that it supports is just for a few Ghanaians. Once all meters are supported you will get a 5 star from me. Thank you.
This app is just a waste of time.. aside recharging which takes days to reflect, it very useless because it doesn’t even sold basic errors on the meter.. you’d have to go all the way to the office to get assistant on the very basic issues
Example there’s this common error that pops up and doesn’t allow top up from the app or vendor.. to get that fixed you’ll have to go to the office and mention your meter number to them and that’s all
Why can’t we just do that on the app or even call?
Do we have to go to the office all the time?
I’d advise you don’t download this app cuz you’ll still end up at the office for the same things the app is supposed to take care of
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
