No Longer Able to Get Into App to Use

The last several times I’ve opened it to check for auctions, I get into one of the following loops: 1. It opens to the Update Needed screen, but the App Store shows the App is up to date. When I click on Open to return to the App, it opens on the same update needed screen. 2. I managed to get to the Register/Login screen by deleting and downloading again. (Yes, I did reboot my iPhone after removing.) However, I clicked on the Register/Login button and ended up stuck on the next screen! When I closed it again and reopened it, I was back in the update app loop. I finally deleted and will do without. That’s way too much trouble to buy an ECHL jersey, even though I’d love to support our affiliate team (Idaho Steelheads). This issue started last season. I have the same results on my personal phone, which is an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and my work phone, an iPhone 13 Pro Max.

I haven’t been able to successfully open the app in over a year.

The app hasn’t worked on my iPhone 8+ in a long time. LAST SEASON (last year), I tried to open the app to participate in an auction, but the app would only show a screen with the message:

“Time to Upgrade ... Your ECHL experience will be much better with the latest version of our App. Click the button below to download it!”

The problem is I am on the latest version (5.3.8), and clicking the button takes me to the App Store where the install button says OPEN (not UPDATE). I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling without success.

The new season is here, and it still hasn’t been fixed.

It’s worth pointing out the app works on my friend’s iPhone 6S, which is an older device than my iPhone 8+.

Useless!!

Same as last review. Downloaded the app and it puts you in an endless loop of wanting you to use latest version but it won’t download that latest version. Wish they would just use last years auction site!!
