Simple, frequent alerts scheduled to remind you of repetitive tasks throughout the day (or week). Set beautiful, easy to understand reminders using natural language.

Want to be reminded to regularly stand up and move? Be alerted to drink water every day? Take walks on weekends? Or call Mom on Sunday? Echo was born out of necessity.

Echo is the perfect blend between an alarm app and a habits app, enabling you to take care of yourself on a daily basis. We are all aware of the things we need to take care of every day, but we frequently forget about the small things that are meant to improve the quality of life. That's where Echo comes in, reminding you to relax from time to time, go for a walk, do some exercises, eat a meal, drink some water, etc.

In the end, it's all about developing healthy and mindful habits. Echo can be used for a lot of things, but our main goal was to encourage our users to remember the smaller things in life that can help if done regularly.

You can set up reminders as frequently as every 10 minutes, have them start at a particular time or after you launch Echo, and repeat until an end time or until a number of cycles is reached. You can have echoes repeat every day, on weekdays, on weekends, or setup your own custom day frequency.

Track how frequently you perform an action from the “Stats” screen and measure your performance.

Echo is free to download and supports three simultaneous reminders (echoes) without unlocking. Customize your echoes further with our unique sound pack and add some fun to your reminders.

Simple, elegant, soothing color palette, room for improvement!

I love how simple this is! I downloaded at least five other reminder apps and they’re all not clean to use, not simple enough to just “add reminder”, unable to set repeating alarms hourly or specific repetition that I like.

This app is awesome because I can add reminders and set to repeat whenever; by minutes or hourly or every four hours.

Improvements or suggestions I would love to have:
1. “Stats” takes two touches to get to. I look at stats quite often and would love it if it can just be one touch instead of two.
2. I completed my hourly work earlier but it still sets an alarm... wished it didn’t or has an option for me to turn that on or off. For instance, I want it to set alarm for me every hour, so one at 8 and 9 and etc. so I do my stretch at 8 and then I do it again at 8:50, so I set it to done. But then I at, the alarm still rings.

That’s pretty much it, I really like this app! And I’m trying out the journal app, hope that will be good too! Thanks for creating this simple and clean!

Amazing Potential, Still Great As Is!

Thank you gentlemen for your gift to the world. Echo reminders is an elegant, not overloaded with features. And it’s very easy to set a reminder.

I have trouble finding information I need in the Stats, though. I see the stat bar progressing, but I don’t remember if I completed the entire med regimen for which this reminder is set.

I have a TBI from my last of 4 free vacations from the government to Afghanistan.

One of my many meds I need 4x/daily. But I can’t remember if I took it 3x or 4x. The little bar moves but I can’t remember how tall it was earlier. So my graph for this med looks like jagged mountain range.

A little red line at the max of the stat bar, or maybe a tiny little number of how many completions happened would be very cool. This app is the easiest for me to set up! Which rocks.

Thank you gents for your elegant and generous gift of this app. Be well, watch your six, and remember......always wear clean underwear.

Easy Day.

Clean and helpful

Just had eye surgery and searched for an app to track of all the eye drops I need to put apply in weird schedules. Echo was the only app to track in the small intervals and cycles I needed. I would have made this 5 stars if I could glance in the app to see what is coming up next in my echos.
