Echodots is a delightful daily pattern game. Each day, a new 5-digit global sequence is displayed on the game board. Players have 5 chances to repeat it back in the correct order. Track your streaks, share with friends, and go for the win!

• Focus your memory and pattern recognition by watching the daily sequence play on the color game board
• Repeat the pattern and double-tap your last entry to submit the row
• Use the feedback provided to determine if your guesses were in the right spot, the wrong spot, or not in the sequence at all
• Tap a wrong color? Tap the Undo button before submitting a row
• Need to see the sequence again? Tap the Echo button to rewatch the sequence. But be careful! Echos are a precious resource in Echodots!

Great daily play

I’d totally play this every day 😁

So easy it’s stupid

I’m not sure why anyone would consider this entertaining. It requires no effort, you must only remember five dots lighting up, and then repeat them immediately after. No challenge at all. Perhaps the best part is, you play it once, for five seconds, and then you’re done for the day. There isn’t a “hard mode”. You can’t make the pattern go faster, nothing.

I feel like this is trying to imitate Wordle, but the concept doesn’t even make sense. In a game like Wordle, every wrong answer gets you closer to the right one. In this game, I don’t even understand why they give you multiple attempts, because if you didn’t get it the first time, you’re definitely not going to any other time.

Accessibility should not be paywalled

Symbol and number overlays make it possible for colorblind people like myself to participate in these games on the same level as others. The developer has put these overlays behind their paywall.
I have no problem paying for apps, and would likely have paid for this one. But I should not have to pay for what should be an accessibility affordance.
