Sometimes it works sometimes not so much :(
The app works as it should at times. The notifications will work then all of a sudden will stop working. Multiple techs start having this problem
At the same time on different mobile platforms. We will uninstall and reinstall with no resolution. It’s frustrating when you work in a busy environment and you depend on the notifications. We tried the texting feature in the software but we have never been able to get that to work. We pay a lot of money for this to work SOMETIMES. We need at least 98%
Solid Business Tool
ECI MobileTech has been a solid addition to my business toolkit. The features are well organized, and accessing data is seamless. I particularly enjoy the reporting functions, which make it easy to analyze performance. I recọmmend giving it a try if you're looking for a cọmprehensive business management app.
