Description
The eClip app supports the proprietary eClip device which is easily attaches inside the car to help remind parents and caregivers to remove their baby from the car seat. It helps prevent parents and caregivers from accidentally leaving a young child in the back seat of the car. The eClip app helps you monitor the inside car temperature so it’s comfortable for your child in the back seat while travelling; most importantly it also helps prevent a child from being left behind when you walk more than 25 feet (8m) away from your car. Additionally eClip app indicates when it’s time to change the battery and constantly checks that there is good connection between the eClip and the app so you can drive with piece of mind that your baby is comfortable and safe. The eClip also knows how to save power - it turns off automatically when not in use.

Return this product
Any parents who have purchased this, i would advise you to return the product immediately. You have to turn the app on each time. Therefore it isn’t reliable. It should turn on each time and not require an app actively running. This should be running in the background all the time. If you rely on this, you may end up regretting it. I find it is safer to not use this at all. I had high hopes. Im giving this app one star to hoped save lives.
The temperature upon arrival reads 85 F with my thermostat set on 69. It has been 20 minutes and the reading just now got to 75. I can’t trust this device with a life. No way.
Waisted of money
Does not work properly. Worthless. Your child will still die in car with no notification from EClip. It’s a good idea, but this ain’t the one. Not sure how it got all those good reviews. They most have not used the device before writing the review.
Waste of money
Does not work. App routinely crashes and won’t sync. Has to be turned on before each use. Good idea but just does not function well.
