They say this is a self-control app and we have full custody full control and there’s no verification and there’s NO personal information needed they say. WHICH IS A LIE because once you get the app and set it up and you go to make a purchase of a coin they want you to put in ID for verification so there you go they’re collecting info. So they should tell the truth and what they do instead of lying.Only gave three stars at this point cause I couldn’t even use the app

Disclaimer * I’m by no means an expert with crypto or managing my “wallets”. So I’m not the best one to review the functionality of the app and all it has to offer. However, I felt compelled to leave a review because of the excellent customer service I received when I had a problem figuring out how to receive my incoming Ether transfer I did from Top Shot. I sent an email to customer service with very little expectations of even getting a response. To my surprise I got a response in a very timely manner. I still wasn’t able to get it to work right away and had to email them a couple more times, but the their responses were very quick and helpful and I had my issue fully resolved very quickly. This was the best customer experience I’ve had in the crypto space hands down. Usually it takes weeks to even get a response from other companies and it usually just ends with them saying “sorry for your problems” but no resolution. It is a great comfort to know that they will help you figure out any issues you come across and that your money won’t be lost in thin air. Thank you Edge! Well done🍻

I’m no cryptocurrency expert but I invested in Bitcoin in 2017 (best decision ever). I originally set up my account on Airbitz which became Edge. There have been three times I’ve needed to communicate with them over the years and although it may take a couple hours tops for a return call they always call back quickly.Every time I’ve spoken to an Edge employee I have never felt rushed, not even for a moment. They take their time and ensure your questions have been answered or issues resolved. I wish I wrote down the names of the first two edge employees I spoke to but I didn’t and at this point those conversations were ages ago. What I CAN say is that I spoke to RJ today and he addressed every question I had for nearly an hour, and he did it with kindness and patience.I’m a big fan of Edge and would highly recommend them, especially if you’re feeling abandoned with your current exchange in your ability to speak to a human. Crypto is complicated. We should all have questions and in my experience Edge will be there to answer them.

I’ve been using Edge since it first come out, and so far everything has been great. Not only is the UI very easy to use, but they support the most important coins. Now with the support of Monero, which has been severely lacking for iOS (at least a legitimate wallet), they are easily in line to becoming THE best wallet on iOS. Best of all, each coin has its own private key that you can export to any other wallet. Essentially, it’s the same as having multiple wallets in one app. There are other apps out there that have multi-coin support, but none that allow you to export each master key individually for use on another wallet. If you haven’t given Edge a try, I definitely would. While it will never replace my hardwallet for the majority of my funds, it is perfect for the rest of my coins that I need to be able to access easily from my phone. Great work Edge, and keep it up!

I don’t like this wallet, I made a Send and it’s taking many hours, and I received 0 confirmations out of 0 of 6, for they probably send your money out the Slowest Cheapest Longest way possible, and all this does is make the customer upset. I usually use Cash App and Coinbase wallets to Send, and for years it has never taken longer than 10 minutes for the company you are sending money to receive your money, but this Edge wallet is Terrible for sending. And their companies that they use for Exchanges charge very high fees, for they probably get a kick back of your money for letting their partners to be on their app. And it’s funny when you transfer money to Edge wallet it is almost instant, for they take your money in their wallet super fast, But when you try and SEND your money out of their wallet it takes Forever, so FIX YOUR SEND, and Stop sending people’s money out the Slowest Cheapest Longest way possible, and if this Edge wallet Send transaction turns into Days and Weeks, I will leave my review on all the Major reporting agencies on the net.

I have nothing but praise for the Edge wallet and their tech support. My issue started when another Ethereum wallet I have, Jaxx Liberty, became discontinued, with my funds no longer accessible. I was told I could restore the 12 word phrase into Edge and recover my funds. But I had trouble with that, it kept saying it was an invalid phrase. After emailing the friendly and helpful tech support, David, who provided very clear and detailed instructions as to what I should do, I was able to recover my funds. Turns out I had the words in the wrong order and thanks to his discipline and patience, now life is good. I’d highly recommend the Edge wallet for its speed and convenience and especially for their fast and courteous help. Cheers!
