I liked this app before but not anymore since I have to use a more complicated password to log in. Also with every move I make like transfers between accounts or paying bills, I have to answer a security question. It slows down time. Wish they could be more like the Capital One app and use my fingerprint to log in
Can you fix?
I don’t know why but every time I try to log in it will ask me my account # and password, then ask for my phone number, a security question and says that it is saved. Then it will send me right back to the login page and redo the whole process again, without logging me in! This has been going on for months now. Can y’all fix this issue?!
I’m also not able to log into my account, it asks for my number then sends me back to the login screen over and over again. I have tried deleting the app all together and reinstalled it but nothing has helped.
