I love it !

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I highly recommend this app ! Best one stop shop for managing rental ! It's user-friendly, efficient, and has made tracking repairs a breeze. I have use a lot in the past but nothing easy simple and straightforward like this . Definitely a 5-star experience.
Only improvement area : I would love to be able to have notifications on when the maintenance is scheduled and when it’s done.

Maintenance were completed:

We had a couple of things that we needed done in our apartment and we were so happy that they got right on it. It was done in a great amount of time and did not take days to get to and the young man that came was a wonderful young man even with the extra mile for thinking about the Nelsons😇 this work was done on September 23, 2024…

App is pretty good

My only complaint is that I can’t pay rent a few weeks in advance on auto pay. It seems because it’s not “due” it won’t pull from my account. I like how I can add pictures and even audio clips to my maintenance requests. This makes me feel like the issue is well communicated so they will know what I’m talking about even if I’m not there to point out all the details when they come.
