EF Campus Connect 4+

Very useful app. You can see any activities you want to sign up for, find your classes and it’s locations. It gives you the address of your accommodation and school so you always know where your going, and shows you your current mark in your courses. Overall, I think it’s a good app and very useful, just needs a few extra tweaks. :)

I give the app experience a one star, as it is not possible to give less. The app looks good, but there is little or no information in it (probably a back-end issue, even if the app was perfect it does not work without data being feed in somewhere, and it is absolutely not happening) We were at the airport ready to leave for a three week stay and there iwere still no travel or accommodation information available.
Don’t select EF because of their fancy web or app, as it does not currently work. After an hour on hold I informed them, and asked them to ensure the data were inserted. As for campus credits? Ordered through the app, account charged but the credits are nowhere to be found. Next time we will also consider any smaller language school with real people supporting and answering the phone

This app is so buggy it makes me doubt EF as a company. I opened the app one day, stepped away for ten minutes and when I came back it had logged me out. Then it wouldn’t recognize my logon. Said it couldn’t find my account. I went through the password reset and after a few steps that process led to a dead end and some weird error.
The worst part is that this is the third time I’ve had this happen to my on the account. I’ve emailed tech support and they literally refused to help me. I’ve called their phone number and submitted multiple “support tickets” and never heard back from technical support. I’m leaving in less than a month and I am starting to worry I have been scammed out of my tuition by a fake company.
