Bug fixes:
- Fixed an issue with combo boxes on first launch after scanning Product ID
- Financial information no longer asked for in Know Your Customer (KYC) form
- Issue fixed with notarising image uploaded from the file browser
- Continue button added to KYC success screen
- Signup error message fixed
- Role and app/OS version added to KYC pack
