Not everything works on the app
A good app for most of the time, but the mobile app doesn’t work as well as it should. I marked several items for offline accessibility, but none of them would open on the airplane when not connected to the internet. Very disappointing.
Would also like a search function so I could search for the files I am looking for. Even searching within a folder would be helpfu.
Intuitive and Secure Cloud Storage Done Right
With clients in finance and pharmaceuticals, I needed a cloud storage service that would allow me a certain level of security-compliant controls while still be flexible enough to store, sync, and share files across various devices. For both small businesses or enterprises, the service and product offerings are suitable to address any security concerns. The syncing process and version controls is highly transparent and effective ensuring that all devices have the most up-to-date files and the entitlement controls for team members allows us to control who has access to files (clients or collaborators) with little to no hassle. The companion mobile app allows me to quickly and easily upload files from email to share with others or simply have stored and synced with all devices when needed.
Take a serious look at Egnytes service and product offerings. You may be pleasantly surprised.
The app works great
I’ve used Dropbox, Box and Egnyte for work across the last 12 years and find the Egnyte app to be easy to use, intuitive and has all the functionality that I expect. I’m filing docs from my phone, accessing them from the iPad and laptop, or going the opposite direction and don’t remember a single problem with the app. Be sure you download and install the laptop-sync app on your laptop to get full cloud-sync functionality.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
