Training results are automatically synchronised with your user account and are also visible for your gym trainer.

I joined my local YMCA because they had the eGym. It was just what I needed to get back on track. It figures everything out for you, all you have to do, is do the reps. Now I will not lie and say it is easy but the hard work is worth it. The Explonic program almost killed me BUT how it has strengthened my muscles and how my body shape is changing is worth the 3 day a week circuit training. Also the eGym switches up the programs as you go along to produce better results. I am a 64 year old Woman and I know if I can do it anyone can.
My goal is to grow older and be healthy and energetic.
I highly recommend the eGym 100% to everyone ‼️‼️ Give it a try for a few months and you will be hooked….💖💖
The results speak for themselves
When my club announced that they were going to convert their existing weight/pulley machines to EGYM equipment I was skeptical - how do the electronics of EGYM make for a better workout experience? EGYM is a true circuit training system that efficiently moves all Members through the circuit. My performance is measured and guidance is provided to improve my efficiency. Results of each workout are downloaded to my phone. With a proper, well balanced diet, I have lost seven pounds over three weeks. I actually look forward to my daily workouts and enjoy the results!

This place is unbelievable. The weightlifting technology is out of this world and very cool. Each machine is customized to you at the start with the help of a very friendly worker. These customizations include size adjustments as well as an accurate amount of weight to make the reps tuned to you. Not to mention this extremely cool app which keeps super accurate target metrics. This place is awesome, and it is definitely worth your time.
