1. Takes way too long to refresh data. Currently an activity that took place 14 hours ago still isn’t reflected in the app.

2. Data isn’t present in a useful way. A lot of data is collected and most of it isn’t accessible to the user of presented in a useful way.

3. Poor user interface design. A user that does not have a fitness tracker/watch can manually enter through the app. A search for “walking” does not even provide walking as the first result. Creating and saving a date (no default to current date/time?) The activity has pre-set increments (walking 10 minutes) and you have to tap it multiple times to add it up. Then you have to save it and also push it through again to reflect on the app. Bad design.

4. Too easy to set up wrong. All top ranking users at the gym have incorrectly interfaced their activity tracker to the app. All their activities double and triple post. It’s not motivating to other users when the top ranking users posts 1 hour of elliptical THREE times a day every day. The app should not permit duplicate entry and should have preset suggested interfacing between the accessory and the app.

App is great to track your workouts but it is insanely slow to refresh with other connected apps. Sometimes a few minutes other times hours.

Aside from being incredibly unintuitive, there seems to be a lot missing from this app. For example, you should be able to see which EGYM program you are currently in (e.g., Muscle Building), as well as which Phase (e.g., Adaptive) and phase number (1-6) each of your workouts was part of in your Workout History. “Evening Workout” doesn’t tell me anything. You can tap on it to see the different exercises performed, but you can’t tell which program or phase it was part of or where you are currently in your program and phase.
