Description

eHAC Indonesia is an electronic form declaration for travellers both International (overseas) and Domestic travellers in border points of Indonesia (airport and harbour) and inter-province transit point of Indonesia (train station and bus terminal).

This electronic form declaration is mandatory based on compliance with the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation - Ministry of Health No. SR.03.04 / II / 5825/2020 which is also already implemented to all airlines in Indonesia.

If the user unable to install it they must either write the HAC form manually assisted by the officer or fill out the eHAC form by web using any their own device (if possible) or provided laptop at those places with URL https://inahac.kemkes.go.id.

Atrocious

The only good thing I can say is that it worked when the lab uploaded my results. Every time I try to complete the form the app crashes. Even the web based app works about half the time.

Keeps crashing

Leave it to the govt to create an app every one has to fill, and have it crash everytime you try to be a good citizen.

Buggy. Not even working on some days.

The app is very buggy. Sometimes it doesn’t work. Waste of time.
