• We’ve done a glow-up on your transactions, now offering a wider range of categories and logos and improved filters.
• Repeating a previous transfer is easier with the new, convenient "Repeat" button. Take a second look on your transaction details screen and hit the button for a déjà vu.
• Don’t leave us behind on your next trip. EI + supports you better now with travel mode with easier access to settings and small surprises are on the way.
• Experience fast and seamless transfer with the all new QuickRemit to Egypt.

Too complicated

I don’t recommend the new app, because it doesn’t work while your own VPN is on. Also, the app itself is quite different from the other version and more complicated.

Very low customer service and unclear communication

The banking service I've experienced with this bank has been the worst in the UAE over the past 18 years. To reach customer service, you have to spend the entire day making repeated calls, followed by a minimum 30-minute wait in the queue minimum. Even when you finally connect with an agent, they often seem uninterested in addressing your requests or complaints. Closing their card cost me a significant amount of extra money.😡😡😡I want to raise a complaint to Central Bank, any help please ?
