EixoCondo brings your condominium together in one app — for residents, the building manager (síndico), the board and the staff.
For residents:
• Get notified when a delivery arrives at the front desk
• Book common areas (party room, barbecue, gym)
• Register visitors and your vehicles
• Open requests and follow them up with photos
• Read announcements, the bylaws and meeting results
• Ask EVA, the condo's virtual assistant — she answers in English, Spanish or Portuguese
For management and staff:
• Work orders with before/after photos, date and location
• Assets and equipment with QR codes
• Contracts, suppliers and maintenance plans
• Front desk: access log, facial recognition readers and license plates
• Reports for faster, more transparent decisions
Note: the app interface is in Portuguese (Brazil). Your condominium must use EixoCondo — access is created by the management or through an invitation link.
