Description
Mobile recording of sessions of Refueling for Equipment and Vehicles. Built on the EKOS platform, allows users to create sessions and transactions for vehicles in the field.

- Lock in transaction timestamp to when the transaction is created instead of updating if the transaction was updated
- Add timezone to timestamps

- Add Settings page for:
- Measurement System (Imperial, Metric)
- Session: Truck Number Format (Numeric, Alpha-numeric)
- Session: Driver Number Format (Numeric, Alpha-numeric)
- Transaction: Asset Number Format (Numeric, Alpha-numeric)
- Transaction: Maximum Quantity (default 100)
- Apply Settings to necessary forms, inputs, and error messages
- Save device num and logged in user ID
- Bugfix: Re-uploading a session will now properly update previous transactions, mark transactions as deleted that are deleted on the device, and add any new transactions without duplication
- Bugfix: Session should only be marked as uploaded if it recieves a session ID back from the server
- Bugfix: All transactions now save the GPS coordinates instead of just the first in each session
