I often go to the hospital recently, and every hospital will give me a medical record book, which has become a pile of chaos and is not easy to find when I need to use it. Therefore, I developed this App for recording every medical record.
Medical records are very private data, so electronic Medical Records does not require you to log in or upload your medical records to any third party servers.
All data is stored only in your iCloud so that your data is neither lost nor accessible to others.
