In 2003, parent company Elite Shopping TV was created and began broadcasting in Milan, Italy, presenting a wide range of Italian and European works of modern art, jewelry, antique collections, and branded wrist watches. After fifteen wonderful years of success and experience, the time had come to expand our focus to a more global scale, thus Live Art TV was conceived in the United States.
