Buggy
Made 3 recording runs and then software stopped working. Cant change recording paramaters. Software flashes up some form of error message, but it's in Chinese, so have no idea what it means. User Manual is no help.
Bad software, bad company!
Purchased what appears to be a very nice temp data logger for the lab refigerator. Followed the instuctions provided. Software not authorized by Apple, app and drivers will not install. Wrote multiple emails, tried to call - phone # provided does not work. Used web contact form - no response. Tried chatting several times, finally got a response. Was told to use the Apple App Store ELitech app. Found and downloaded the app - attempted to launch, finder flashed and nothing... restarted, failed again. Removed, cleared cache, restarted, downloaded fresh. FAIL!!! Returning product. NOT recommended!
Very Buggy Software, No Imperial Units Option
Software does extract data from a device like the RC-4HC, but the application has numerous issues, such as creating a fatal issue should you select About on the main screen, which requires a Force Quit to recover.
For the U.S market, the unit only reports in metric measures (ok, humidity is the same), there is no option to convert.
Overall though, the application has issues with being unstable and locking with no notice.
