Good app
I have the paid subscription in the elite club and use it twice a week at least with a 50% discount. I never had a better membership with such offers so I am really satisfied with the service.
Not what it looks like
The program makes it difficult to use the benefits (all pool and beach access has to be booked in advance and some hotels are not available for 2-3 weeks out) and benefits are limited (for example, you can access the hotel venue but the venue won’t let you use the kids club even though guests visiting through other programs do have the full access). This is not disclosed in the heavy sales pitches. Program manager Raymond is combative and not helpful. I would not renew.
Amazing app
I like the benefits and vouchers of the membership. The App works perfectly on my phone and is user-friendly. Thank you for such an incredibly product.
