The Elixir by MedImpact app helps our members conveniently manage their prescription benefits using a secure connection through their mobile device.

Features include:
-View your prescription claims history and see details about your claims
-Track and manage your medications
-Explore cost information for prescriptions
-Identify cost savings opportunities based on member plan design and formulary
-Pharmacy help desk phone numbers
-A secure connection to personal health information, only accessible with user name and password
-Optional biometric login for extra security
-Digital Member ID Card that can be used by pharmacists and doctors (not supported for Medicare Part D members)

Bad App Bad Website

I have sent multiple communications to Elixir about the app and website not working on most occasions. I have never received a response from them and the issue just continues to be a problem.

App is still in Beta

Won’t let me sign in even when I tried to create a new account. It seems their app developers haven’t been able to figure out how to convert the Envision customers into the Elixir system.

slow very very very slow

this is horrible i don't know how much time was put into this but i'm guessing 5 minutes at most and that's probably generous. i'm guessing someone from kindergarten made this because it's pretty bad . can you tell this app made me angry. just use the desktop you will get what you want way quicker than this app and that's just a fact.
