Clunky to use and bad customer support
The app is clunky to use. In Warsaw stations are mislabeled - the disabled ones are marked as operational. Calling customer support results in “you’re holding it wrong” responses.
You have one job - to let people charge their vehicles reliably - and you fail at it.
