Rest in Peace Hobbit:KOM and Kabam

I remember in middle school (im in 12th grade now) i loved this game so gosh darn much. I built up everything and my might was in the hundred billions. I was at the top...and then Kabam handed the game over to new developers called Gaia. The game went downhill from there. Things changed but it was still a good game. At one point the game became boring and monotonous to the point where i quit for about a year and a half. I wanted to start playing again to see if i would be interested again and if anything was different (and it sure was different). strangely couldn’t find Hobbit KOM on app store so i has to redownload from my previous download section. Stranely i got a message saying to upgrade my game and it sent me to this app. BIG MISTAKE. I logged in and got everything all settled with my old account from Hobbit, just everything had different names so obviously licensing was an issue that changed everything. But the game was also so different, not just the names if things. Things were in different places, new features that made no sense, and the removal if features that made things easy. This game is also super buggy so that’s annoying. All in all, i deleted this garbage within days. I just want Hobbit back and Kabam back. When everything made sense and wasn’t geared towards people that just pay for crap. Rest in peace to such a wonderful game. I’ll have fond memories of it though :(

Laughable customer service

These people are the best at avoiding responsibility for the problems with their game. No other company can match them in their disgusting customer service. And when you read this gaea don’t put one of your lame responses at the bottom saying we are sorry you experienced this.

I have sent numerous emails back and forth with their customer service. I point out in a very let me hold your hand like a small child and simple way, what the issues are. They send back some email having nothing to do with what I’m talking about. Then they ask for screen shots and I provide everything they ask for. But oh no they can’t stop there. They send a final email saying hey glad we resolved your problem and thank you for playing. Hahahahah it’s like there is a fourteen year old placed in charge of this department. I’ll be posting my screenshots of emails in their fb page and everywhere else that matters. People spend money on your game and time to compete in events and work as a unit to achieve great things in this game. They have made the mistake of thinking those people can’t work to drive people to another game that takes its players seriously.

Little more then an online casino disguised as a game

Under Kabam this was a great game of rpg and gvg. Now it’s filled with players using all kinds of third party software to automate their game play and harass other players. The amount of accounts some players have is absolutely ridiculous. But the worst part is the constant glitches during pay events. Even if you do pay money more times then not there is a glitch that puts you at a disadvantage. You can spend all the money in the world but with third party software and constant game issues you might as well throw your money in the fireplace. Whether the glitch is Gaeas fault or not they will never reimburse you or fix the glitch in a timely manner. They are very big on blaming Apple for all the issues . I continue to play kabam games but I’m letting this one go. We have a player in our world that has an alliance filled with his alts and does nothing to hide that he uses third party software to automate his game play. They do nothing. About him because he is friendly with game employees in discord. Too bad it’s come to this. I was playing from day one and I’m the last to leave of the 100 players I started with.
