Good App - Keep Improving
I got the app a while ago and it was just a disaster. Nothing would ever load, login information was shown as not valid, app would crash constantly, course info not available, etc. Nonetheless, the app has made great improvements to both performance and content ever since. While it still has some errors here and there and some things to fix, I would say the app now has more functionality than it did before. You can now load info directly from Canvas, and see other course material right on the app, events and other university activities are shown, and other items have made the app a little better.
I would recommend getting the app. To the developers: please keep it up to date and trying to make it better since this is a very useful tool for the school.
Extremely helpful having everything in one place
Having the Embry-Riddle app makes the college experience much much easier with having everything you need, and all of your info in one place.
Honest review of the Quarter System
The quarter system is great for getting your degree in a short period of time, and for cranking out as many graduates as you can from an Institution POV. However, be aware that if you are working a full time job, the amount of time required with the quarter system is a little overwhelming. It will leave little time for a personal life and self care like working out. Be even further aware that if you are taking online only, you’ll be spending even more time troubleshooting things that you are having a problem with. Ask for help? Forget about it. By the time you get an answer you’ll be far behind and next week’s due outs will be here.
