We are excited to present an updated version of the EMI Health App!
The EMI Health app allows individuals who are covered by an EMI Health Plan to locate participating medical, dental, and vision providers. Members may also sign in to view their benefit card, plan documents, and explanation of benefits (EOB's).

Updated user experience.
The app has been updated with all new visuals, dashboards, and navigation. The provider search employs easily accessible advanced features and the ability to filter/refine results. Biometrics can be elected for use when signing into your account.

Difficult to use
Difficult to navigate, have to sign in multiple times.
Only good for digital ID card
My health and dental plan doesn’t automatically pull up, I have to select from a drop down menu my plan and the plans are titled different than what I signed up for in enrollment. I’m logging into my account so why do I have to select my plan- shouldn’t it already be linked? Can’t see current deductible status or even benefit coverage on the app. Phone numbers of providers and addresses of providers in directories are not current. Basically this app is great for digital ID cards.
Doesn’t work.
I was at the dentist. Clicked the “ID Card” button. Loading. Back to Home Screen. Click it again. Loading. Back to Home Screen.
Click the “Plan documents” button. Loading. Back to Home Screen. Try again. Same thing.
This app doesn’t function on the most important features. You’ll still need to bring your id card to your appointment even if you have this app.
