Horrible Service for OCMD

You would think that if the Transit Authority is going to use this app for ease of purchasing bus passes, then the service in the city would be better for the app. It takes forever to get past the initial loading screen, then when you have to input you PIN to verify it is you, the number buttons do not register immediately, wasting even more time. Had to miss more than 1 bus due to the lag. Best advice, just take cash, or if you don’t want to be carrying that around and using this app, do it well before you leave your condo, even though Wi-Fi doesn’t make it any better. Keep your screen open on the app though, or else you will have to go through the whole log in process again.

I recently got this app a month ago and I deposited 100$ from my debit card. After realizing the app doesnt work literally after u open the app for the first time and use it once u get off the app it wont open back up youll have to delete it and download it again. I transfered the 100$ back to my bank accoun and its been saying processing for 2 weeks already!! They have no contact information to contact them directly. The email they have does not work, and the phone number they have is for evalon which is a company that handles there costumer services. The people at evalon have no idea about the app and are literally not capable of helping you out in any way they say theyll take ur info down and have someone contact you... but no one does. The reason no one contacts you is because they themselves have no ways of contacting emoney because when i asked for their direct number the guy said they dont have emoneys direct number or email so i asked him how are you supposed to tell them to contact me since u guys have been taking my information down everytime i call... he hung up on me and now literally no one will answer my calls!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would

This app is terrible and the customer service is even worse! DO NOT ISE THIS APP! I went through and download the app for the bus passes for Ocean City Transit. I made an account and even paid for 4 passes. The money came out of my bank account and the home screen shows I paid. I saw the passes for a minute. My phone locked and when I went to show the passes to get on the bus the app completely stopped working! I even tried to sign into my account on another phone and it shows where I paid today but says I have no passes and wanted me to pay for them all over again. I called the customer service number and it automatically hung up. I even emailed the customer service using the email address provided and never received a response. I will never use this app again and will dispute the charge with my bank since I was unable to use the passes but got charged anyway! Complete scam!
