Great grief support

It would be really very nice to have a section on anxiety and anxiety of being alone.

I have to say that I found this app after my husband services so for the majority of the help on this app I did not need but I didn’t need the grief support and that grief support has been simply amazing! It has answered questions that I had that I was afraid to ask Voice to anybody for fear they would think I was weird or needing mental health or something. This grief app part of the empathy app is the best I have ever heard in my life hopefully I will never need it again but I use it every single day as does my daughter. My husband passed away September 1 and it’s been nothing but an uphill battle and struggle and daily anxiety and fears insecurities indecisiveness loneliness anger resentment fears and all these things are addressed in the grief section of this empathy app. I strongly suggest if you’re going through grief to use this app.

Empathy App., my take.

I have come to rely on this app for some sanity while experiencing the loss of my wife. The daily journal is an easy way to let go and track my emotional state. Writing stuff down is so important and I’m reminded everyday to check in. I don’t have to remember or hunt down paper and pencil. The talks and meditations can be very helpful too.
I’ve only used the “things you need to legally do” a couple times and that was great. The benefit of working with people that understand what you’re going through is reassuring.

Extremely Helpful!

I felt seen, heard, and comforted going through the Grief & Grieving segment. Unfortunately, I discovered this app after everything else had been taken care of (funeral, certificates, taxes, etc.), so I cannot give an honest opinion on those segments as I did not go through them. But, being able to grieve by being given permission and encouragement to do so has helped me tremendously!! I cannot thank you guys enough for creating this app and putting all of your efforts into it like you have! Thank you!!!
