Emperor of Mahjong 4+

Truly love this game, but it can be frustrating and expensive. Some “challenges” can NOT be won without using tools. I can go through all my experience points and more playing the same challenge over and over again. I use a tool and I’ll win.
The stories are engaging and keep you wanting to play. The side games are also fun and keep your attention. I only wish that the more expensive tools were more assessable through winning.
They recently started putting ads on during the play. I’m not a fan. At first these ads were happening after EACH challenge, but they have reduced the amounts. This is appreciated. I understand that the app needs to make money, so I can deal with the ads for now.
All in all - I definitely recommend this game. 🤓

When you spend hours playing a game everyday and get a group on your own (don’t buy any of the ridiculous this flashed in front of your face every 5 seconds to help you play the game - which by the way people the extras don’t help you play the game, you are wasting your money, the ONLY THING THAT HELPS YOU PLAY THE GAME IS YOUR OWN BRAIN and they know it that is why they flash those “sales” in front of your face every 5 seconds. They hope you will get so tired of seeing the ads that you will give in and buy them.) A new thing in the game is that when you have gone through each item on your own and go to redeem the collection you can;t because it says you are lacking a ridiculous amount of items so this is a new way to try and pressure you to purchase their specials. I am extremely angry about this. I am disabled and feel that this is directed towards all disabled and low income people that cannot afford to purchase the extras. It is a deplorable thing to do to an entire class of people and it almost makes me feel like they are trying to make all of us leave the game. I am very disappointed in G5!

The pop-ups you are concerned about are meant to inform players about our great special offers so they can choose the best suitable deal for themselves. However, even though it is possible to buy extras, progressing in the game doesn't require that - we've added many opportunities to receive helpful items that will speed up moving forward in the game. Try using them to achieve the game goals at no cost!

I loved this game and it’s sister mahjong pharaoh, but the higher I go the more uneven the tasks and rewards appear to be. Players can spend long periods playing the game only to lose the match games in a short amount of play times, over and over again. For those of us on a fixed income and limited money can only do so much. It’s too bad it’s made this way. Obviously the makers decided making money through purchases was more important than letting the game be something to focus on besides the economy, a pandemic and a really messed up election. You all must be Democrats since your players mean so little to you and receiving money is your prime concern. Only a matter of time before your game is deleted from so many devices when players become disgusted.
