I’m a solid 5.0 star rated driver that goes way above and beyond with a 100% acceptance rate.... and Lyft support has treated me horribly 95% of the times I’ve contacted them and it’s extremely disappointing.... Empower has been nothing less than miraculous....

I started driving 6 mos ago and was introduced to Empower 1 month in. I signed up and was immediately inspired to give as many referral cards as possible to create my own base of customers, I made it my mission to “flip” as many U/L as I could. Initially I was doing 1-2 rides maybe a day, this week I broke$200 and drove the other platforms about 20% just to get the bonuses and make more conversions. I honestly believe that by the summer I’ll be 95% Empower. If you get the opportunity take it and run, you create your own wealth and market, use this to your advantage and pray they’re in or coming to your market!

I normally don’t write reviews however my experience with this app has been hit or miss.
I have been using this app the get around for about 2 months in dc and the price is cool. However most of the drivers are foreigners. They don’t know their way around except to follow the gps exactly even if it is going the wrong way. Then they will call you the passenger and either argue or go back and forth before you can get to your destination. Which in turn ruins the customer’s experience especially after a long day at work or if someone is running late.

I’ve been a driver using the Empower app since I decided to go full time in October 2023. I’m not only making more money than I did with Lyft, I’m using less gas and less miles to make my daily quota which also means less maintenance. The customers have been wonderful to talk to, everyone seems very happy to express there is a real affordable ride share. My car is generally 40% cheaper than Uber/Lyft 24/7. I love hearing the difference in cost when a customer comes in my car for an Empower ride. Choose Empower is my best advice as a driver and rider

I find Empower as the best rider share company to work with. There’s literally not much to compare with Uber/Lyft because they care so much about their drivers.

Am on my third year driving for Empower and my experience is pretty good. I drive few hours yet make double what I make with Uber/Lyft. This is exactly what any rideshare driver would want. Less wear and tear on your vehicle as well as yourself.

I will recommend Empower to anyone to give it a try. You will never regret your decision.

I will speak to everyone I know about Empower and I take 2-3 minutes to explain the company and how is works. I have been driving Uber for 5 years and hate driving for them. They take 40% of my money and also customer service is horrible. Now with empower I keep all of the money from my rides and I am going to be able to send my kids to college. All drivers need to be driving with Empower!

My background check was completed weeks ago… Yet the app continues to tell me every day that my application to drive is being processed and should be finished within 24 hours… Would love to start driving with Empower but cannot get past the sign up phase. DC based.

Hello dear drivers please be careful work with empower company because this company is not allowed operating business in DC,MD and VA I just be honest with you guys the police pulled me over and when the police pulled me over find at me working empower and impound my car and give me $500 tickets plus I payed $200 for towing my car and treating me like terrorist because this company are NOT allowed doing business plus this company not stand or back you up anything happens to you even if your car damages or someone attacks you the company not cover you or standing with you

I take the privilege of meeting customers and building a relationship with them. Personal service is key to longevity it this business. Depending on passenger priorities, I’m either the best or I cost too much. Opportunity for me to encourage haters to come back. You get what you pay for. Drivers get paid directly from stripe daily. Recommend yes!
