Great customer service
I’ve been an Emprise customer for nearly 8 yrs. I love the high quality customer service and the way someone is always there, always friendly and ready to assist me. My parents have banked here for over 30yrs. I recommend Emprise bank to all my family and friends!
The deposit system is awful!
It’s nice to be able to do a deposit when the banks are closed. However even when the bank is open, it’s more difficult. They will only pull deposits in batches and it seems like there’s no consistent time of when they do it, it’s haphazard. Which makes it even more difficult and completely inconvenient for customers that are supposed to be thinking that your deposits going to be done pretty quickly. So it looks like we’ve lost quickness to convince. That’s extremely sad and bad for your customers.
Pretty poor service through this app.
It is good to be able to do this from home. But basic activities are ridiculously clunky. Depositing a check requires multiple "confirm" "ok" "yes i have read this" -- and when i have several checks to deposit, i have to wait through all those confirmation screens to load again for each one. I dont need to see endorsement instructions again unless they've changed. If an enemy were to steal my phone they could click "ok" just as easily as I. And i signed up for this service in the first place.
Another severe fault is the absurdly short timeout window. Look away from the phone for an instant and you have to log in all over again. Have you ever tried to balance your checkbook like that? Ridiculous.
It is even more galling when your servers are bogging down and not allowing me to log back in.
