I downloaded this app for the very first time and tried to register for a new account. After entering my birth date and SSN, it said there was already an account created for me (which I don’t remember creating). So I tried to recover my user name and it was my work email but the email was close but was actually incorrectly spelled by one letter (strange). But anyway, I tried to use forgot my password and it again asked for my birth date and social security number, which you think would have been enough info to get the credentials but then it took me to a screen that asked me to provide my childhood nickname. I have no memory at all of ever entering this in the past. Again, when I downloaded the app it was the first time I had ever installed it. So anyway, I kept entering any nickname I could think of and none of them were correct. So I couldn’t recover my account. And I don’t see any phone numbers to call for support in the app. I guess I’m at a dead end.

Hi Fatgordy, it sounds like maybe you tried to register twice, or that your account had already been registered on the desktop platform. The credentials you use in the app are the same ones you use to enroll in benefits on your desktop computer. So if you've registered there, you're registered in the app too. Please try logging into EmpyreanGO with the same credentials you use on the desktop benefits platform, and if that does not work, try reaching out to your HR administrator to confirm that they have your credentials correct.

Hi Fatgordy, it sounds like maybe you tried to register twice, or that your account had already been registered on the desktop platform. Unable to Find Your Company Name

Just downloaded this app and typed in my company name in any formats I could think of (with and without the “THE” and “COMPANY” in the search field, etc.), it couldn’t find my company. So I typed in IBM, Apple, and a bunch of other names just to see what happened, it returned the same result, “we are unable to find your company name based on the entered characters. Please review and try again.” So I called the help desk and reported the problem. They said they have never heard of this problem. Really? I hope they fix this problem soon, Open Enrollment is coming up soon.
