Charged for full premium access but did not get it
Purchased and charged for premium life time access but was not working or giving me full access.. even after I deleted and redownloaded it. Support does not work, and the only thing I can do is just dispute the transaction and hope I get the money back.
Charge without the service
Charged for the premium lifetime subscription, but I’m still getting the trial version. There is no one to contact, and I can’t get a refund. How do I solve this fraudulent activity?

i didn’t want to do it this way but the report a problem button is not working. I purchased the lifetime membership and none of the premium features are unlocked.
