I’m already a huge fan of the Endorphins app to train for my race. I was using Runna, but after suffering a minor injury following Runna’s post race recovery plan due to it prescribing an easy pace that was 20 seconds slower than my all-out race pace, I wanted to find another plan that was more in tune with my different paces. Endorphins actually allows you to customize the different paces for the different types of runs you do, including a race pace. They also have a strength program that you can build into your plan! I’m hoping they add a feature to track the mileage on your shoes, because I did like that feature on Runna, so I submitted that request through their app and they already responded. I wouldn’t be surprised if that feature comes available soon! They’re always looking for input from runners to make this app the best it can be. Their customer service team is so kind and so quick to respond as well! The customization you can do on the plan is awesome. I’ll be using Endorphins to train for my upcoming half marathon this fall!

Your recorded runs also contribute to monthly challenges, which often come with exciting rewards (like a pair of Shokz headphones. These incentives, combined with the strong community feel and useful data insights, make it so much easier to stay consistent and keep chasing my running passion.Whether you’re looking to join group runs, track your workouts, or just feel part of something bigger, Endorphins nails it. Highly recommend for anyone serious about running!

I’ve been running with endorphins for a little over 2.5 years so when they announced their app I was so excited to join! The app is a one stop shop for city events, training, & community. My favorite part of the app is my individualized training plan. Training for a marathon (especially your 1st) is intimidating but Endorphins made it easy. I was able to determine the length of my training block, choose my workout types (easy runs, long runs, hill WO, speed work, etc), and my training days with ease. Flash scores, which rate your runs, helped keep me on track and motivated too. With their help I made it to the start line and finish line injury free and incredibly proud! I also love that endorphins is all about community. They have made this app incredibly community driven by continuously collecting user feedback and suggestions. They have done a great job implementing changes to keep improving this app!!

I joined the Endorphins Running community in NYC three years ago, right after moving to the city. At the time, I didn’t have many friends or much of a sense of community, but Endorphins completely changed that. It made running fun again. The people, the energy, and the support helped me find not only training motivation but also friendships that extended beyond running.Even after moving out of the city, I still feel connected through the community’s posts and updates. It’s such a special group, one that reminds you you’re never running alone, even when training can sometimes feel isolating.I ran the Chicago Marathon a few weeks ago and was so excited when I spotted the Endorphins community cheering on runners. It brought back all those memories of why I fell in love with running in the first place. Truly one of the best running communities out there, both for your legs and for your mental health.
