Endurance Mobile 4+

Looks like I experience what most have for this service that you will never collect on unless you are related to someone who works there. After filing my first claim and getting a quick response . I followed the steps to get a claim taken care of and it was denied for something they said was ok in the beginning . After looking at my contract and screen shots there is NOTHING in the contract about it. I canceled immediately smelling a scam . I was transferred to a specialist which was a lengthy wait . Yup there are only about three employees from what I can tell. I opted to get a call back. Nope that doesn’t work I got disconnected by a phone call coming in from them. Then I called back and said it would be a 25 minute wait …at least. I sent a email as well. Doubt it’ll be responded to it. Contacted my credit card company right away and better business bureau.

I don’t really understand all the negative reviews about logging into the app. It’s simple and common sense actually. They give you your contract number via email the 1st day you sign up so you should be able to log in if you put that and the last 4 of your vin number in correctly. You also supposed to create your own password to log in, not anything endurance give you, I read that as well on here. Anyway can’t speak on the service yet since I haven’t filed a claim, hopefully no time soon, but customer service was friendly and professional from whom I spoke with. I give it 4 stars since there’s not much to do other than request a tow and reach out to customer service but you can view your policy and membership card. Hope this help some people with doubts.

Customer service must consist of 3 people tops. You’ll sit on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes for anything, even paying a bill and forget about if you want to cancel your membership. You’ll wait that 45 minutes then another 45 after the first person says they have to transfer you to an account specialist. I experienced this with Protect my Car also. It must be protocol for these crappy scummy companies to exhaust you from wanting to call anymore and just keep paying the monthly bill. You can not email them and you can not cancel through the crappy app!!
